Synopsis
In a future where a vampire pandemic has transformed most humans into vampires, Edward Dalton (Ethan Hawke), a scientist-researcher, works to develop a blood substitute as supplies dwindle. As humanity struggles to survive, Dalton discovers a group of remaining humans and joins their fight against the vampire regime.
