By accessing TrailerSafari.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

TrailerSafari is a Django-powered platform that:

• Aggregates movie and web series trailers from YouTube
• Provides information about upcoming releases
• Allows user interactions (comments, ratings) where available- [in future]

3. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities in our Django application
• Scrape content without permission
• Post spam or malicious links
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

4. YouTube Content

• All trailers are embedded from YouTube under YouTube's Terms of Service
• We don't host video files - we only embed publicly available content
• Report inappropriate content via mail.trailersafari@gmail.com

5. Accounts

For registered users:

• You must provide accurate information (Django's auth system)
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

6. Intellectual Property

• Trailer content belongs to respective copyright holders
• Our Django codebase and design are proprietary
• You may not reproduce our content without permission

7. Disclaimers

• We don't guarantee 100% uptime (Django apps may require maintenance)
• Trailer availability depends on YouTube's servers
• Release dates are subject to change by studios
• All the details may not be correct for the trailers of movies/tvseries as it is automatically fetched from internet using AI
• This is not a "database" of all trailers. We only store and display trailers for last 6 months only or whose release date is beyond 6 months
• Views on trailer videos are taken from youtube which are updated daily only for trailers released two weeks ago

8. Limitation of Liability

TrailerSafari.com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect damages resulting from service use
• Content accuracy (we aggregate publicly available info)
• Third-party actions (YouTube, advertisers, etc.)

9. Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Govt. of India.
